About the Instructor: 
Pam has been conducting job search workshops for 17 years. She is a Certified Professional Resume Writer, Certified Professional Career Coach, Certified Digital Career Strategist, and a Global Career Development Facilitator. Pam has been with the Workforce Services Division of Will County for 13 years and recently promoted to Special Projects Manager, where she works with a variety of grants that focus on specialized populations.
