Position: Cooling Tower Technician

Experience: Entry-level to 3 years

We’re looking for dedicated Cooling Tower Technicians to assist in the construction, installation, and repair of cooling towers. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the construction, erection, installation, and repair of cooling towers.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite.
• Provide materials and tools as needed.
• Work at heights with proper safety equipment.
• Assist in assembling structures and signal operators of construction equipment.
• Follow instructions from Foreman and/or Superintendent.

Qualifications:

• Ability to read tape measures.
• Strong multitasking skills and ability to work well with others.
• Ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative.
• Good listening skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 0-3 years of construction experience.
• Must pass DISA background check and drug screening.
• Must have a TWIC card.
