Will County Center for Economic Development is a 501(c) 3 not-for-profit foundation, created by the business community in 1981. Governed by a 50-member board and managed by a professional staff, the CED is responsible for attracting and retaining jobs for Will County. Program of work includes business recruitment; business retention/expansion; community development; workforce readiness; membership, investor and community relations; governmental affairs; and infrastructure/quality of life programs.
