The US Department of Labor's Office of Apprenticeship Training provides information about apprenticeship for employers.  It explains what apprenticeship programs are and how employers can establish their own programs.

The Office of Apprenticeship Training can provide technical assistance with identifying training needs, developing apprenticeship standards, and coordination with training programs.
