This section of the Will County Employer Resource Guide provides employers with information on training resources that can improve the skills and abilities of their current employees.  Whether employees need to improve their technical skills or basic skills or need to be retrained in response to changing job requirements, local training programs are available to assist employers in maximizing employee performance and effectiveness.
