Overview:
The Workforce Services Division of Will County offers a wide range of services that assist businesses with the hiring process. Services include prescreening and collecting applications, referring qualified job candidates, assisting with the recruitment process through the advertisement of job openings on its county-wide electronic job board and convening job fairs, and providing facilities for employer recruitment and interviews. In addition to making space available for employer use at its office, a Mobile Learning Center with high-speed Internet access and eleven computer stations can be brought to the employer's location.
