Overview:

The Will County Workforce System is designed to prepare an educated and trained workforce that meets the needs of Will County's current and future businesses.  System partners work together to a variety of services and resources to Will County employers, including access to recruitment and placement services, links to qualified and pre-screened job candidates, information on tax incentives and tax credits, on-site recruitment, customized training, and much more.
