This section of the Will County Employer Resource Guide provides information on programs that can help employers identify and hire qualified workers.  Information on public resources that can assist employers in recruiting employees includes access to skilled workers that have completed specialized training or have applicable job experience as well as resources for identifying specific populations such as youth, persons with disabilities, veterans, and others.  Employers will find programs that provide job posting services, labor market information, testing and assessment services, and more.
