WILL COUNTY EMPLOYER RESOURCE GUIDE
The Workforce Board of Will County is proud to present its first edition of the Will County Employer Resource Guide. Created with the employer in mind, the Will County Employer Resource Guide presents a wide range of options for workforce training and development and includes information critical to exploring ways your business can grow.
It is the goal of the Guide to help Will County businesses access the spectrum of public resources available to support human capital development. Inside are program descriptions, contact information including websites, for employers who wish to:
- Recruit new employees
- Train existing workforce
- Access employer tax credits
- Explore additional workforce development resources
This Guide is an easy-to-use reference, helping busy employers and human resource specialists gain an overview of workforce programs available and thus accelerate access to these resources.
